The 4th ASEAN+3 Village Leader Exchange Program was held from 18 to 24 September 2016 in Shanghai City, the PRC. The 2016 program was hosted by the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC), and organized by the Cooperation and Communication Office of Shanghai Municipal Government. It was supported by ASEAN Secretariat, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and ADB. All together 84 participants from ASEAN, the PRC, and the Republic of Korea participated in the program.
