APT SOM May, 2016

The ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Senior Officials’ Meeting held in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR on 7 May 2016, was chaired by H.E. Alounkeo Kittikhoun, Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office and Laos’ ASEAN SOM Leader and attended by Senior Officials and representatives from ASEAN Member States, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Political-Security Community.
