The third ASEAN+3 Rectors’ Conference was held from October 31st to November 1st, 2016 at Guangxi University in Nanning, China. 66 university representatives participated. The ASEAN+3 Rectors’ Meeting will provide opinions on future ASEAN+3 cooperation by creating a framework at the representative level of the ASEAN+3 University Network (ASEAN+3 Unet), which consists of AUN member universities and partner universities from Japan, China, and South Korea. This third time, the theme was “Contemporary crises in higher education: impacts, implications, and solutions”, and a comprehensive exchange of opinions regarding future cooperative relationships took place.
