ASEAN and 3 partner countries, namely China, Japan and South Korea, have agreed to collaborate in the field of employment. Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Anwar Sanusi, said that the agreement to increase ASEAN labor cooperation with the three partner countries was raised at the 19^th Senior Labor Officials Meeting Plus Three (SLOM+3), virtually held in Friday, 10 September. “From the discussion at the SLOM Plus Three meeting, China, Japan and the Republic of Korea were very open regarding various opportunities for cooperation in the field of employment,” said Anwar, quoted from his official statement.
