2021 ASEAN+3 HRD Forum jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (Minister An Kyung-duk) and the World Bank and organized by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (President Uh, Soo-bong) was held from November 4 to 5 in Seoul (Dragon City Hotel).
The forum has been held on a yearly basis since 2013. Under the theme of “Vocational Competency Development and Employment Policy for Building Back Better from COVID-19”, the forum was attended by about 120 people including policymakers from 10 ASEAN countries, China and Japan as well as experts of international organizations.
