The First ACCSM Plus Three held on 4 October 2012 in Putrajaya, Malaysia discussed the APT joint undertakings under the ACCSM Plus Three Work Plan. Prior to the Conference, the First Meeting of the ACCSM+3 Joint Technical Working Group was held on 2 October 2012. The Working Group adopted the ACCSM+3 Work Plan (2012 – 2015).
