The 4th APTCCN is being held in Niigata Japan, from 10-11 September 2015. The Meeting reviewed and discussed the activities between ASEAN Plus Three. The Meeting also discussed how to expand the cooperation between ASEAN, China, Japan and ROK such as ASEAN City of Culture and East Asian Cities of Culture.
On the second day, the participants attended a seminar on Coping with Natural Disaster: Prevention and Reconstruction by the Power of Arts and Culture. The Japanese experts and the Member States shared their case studies and experiences on the reconstruction and disaster prevention education that involves Arts and Culture.
