The 27th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Summit was held on 10 October 2024 in Vientiane. The Summit was chaired by H.E. Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and attended by ASEAN Member States, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea, as well as the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste as Observer. The Secretary-General of ASEAN, the Director of ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), the 2024 Chair of the East Asia Business Council (EABC), and the Secretary-General of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) were also in attendance.
