he 5th Meeting of ASEAN Plus Three Emergency Rice Reserve (APTERR) was held on 3-4 May 2017 in Bali, Indonesia. The Meeting was organised by the APTERR Secretariat while hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia.
The annual APTERR Council meeting is held in accordance with the APTERR Agreement mentioning that the APTERR Council shall meet regularly once a year to discuss on the direction of the APTERR Secretariat and its activities for the following year. The Meeting also marked an opportunity of the APTERR Secretariat to report its activities and financial statement to the APTERR Council.
