The 23rd ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Summit was held via video conference on 14 November 2020. The Meeting was chaired by His Excellency Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, Prime Minister of the Social Republic of Viet Nam, and attended by Heads of State/ Government and High Representatives of ASEAN Member States, the People’s Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK). The Secretary-General of ASEAN, and Secretary-General of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat were also in attendance.
